Our Pastors

Pastor Richard Weaver and his wife, Brenda, have dedicated over 35 years to full-time ministry, embodying a deep commitment to spreading the Gospel and serving the Lord. For nearly two decades, they devoted their lives as missionaries in Scotland, bringing the message of hope and salvation to communities there. 

Richard’s passion for ministry and his ability to connect with people from all walks of life have been a cornerstone of his service. His insightful sermons, compassionate leadership, and unwavering faith have inspired countless individuals both in Scotland and here at home. Brenda, with her gentle spirit and heart for service, has worked alongside Richard in every aspect of their ministry, providing support, counsel, and care to those in need. Her dedication to nurturing and mentoring women and children has made a lasting impact on many lives.

Together, Richard and Brenda continue to faithfully serve our congregation, bringing their wealth of experience, profound faith, and loving hearts to our church family. Their journey in ministry is a testament to their enduring love for God and their steadfast commitment to His work. We are blessed to have them lead us and look forward to the continued blessings their ministry will bring.

Pastor Baker served as the pastor of Faith Baptist Church from June 1, 1982 to February 7, 2016. After being saved in 1970, Pastor Baker surrendered to full time ministry and attended Bible College at Fellowship Baptist College in Peoria, Illinois. In 1987, Faith Baptist School was established under his leadership to provide a Bible-based, quality education and to assist families in training their children to be worthy representatives of Jesus Christ. Over the last thirty-four years many lives have been touched, many souls have been saved, and many Christian servants have been called and sent forth into the Gospel ministry. On February 7, 2016 Pastor Baker retired and transitioned the leadership of the church and was bestowed the title "Pastor Emeritus" for his faithful service. In January of 2023, Pastor Baker was again called to become Pastor and is now serving the Lord faithfully here as a beloved Preacher, trusted advisor, counselor, and teacher.

Caleb Weaver is our dedicated Assistant Pastor/Youth Pastor, known for his passion for ministry and outreach. He holds a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Pensacola Christian College and a second degree in Missions and Evangelism, equipping him with unique skills for effective communication and evangelism.

Caleb is married to his supportive wife, Martha, and they have two wonderful children, Charlie and Ginny. Together, they are committed to serving our church and community.
